6. Shipping Costs
– Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a THUNDER error or a verified product defect.
– Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Warranty Claims
– Products covered under the 1-Year Limited Warranty must follow the procedures outlined in the THUNDER Warranty Policy.
